PB&J

My first comment has to be how much I enjoyed The Office last night. PB&J (Pam Beasley & Jim) are together! And they look so happy! I love how Kevin was the one playing detective to figure out Jim and Pam's relationship status. It was also awesome that they had a Fun Run to raise money for a cure for rabies, which there already is one. Great start to the season. Anyways, I am finally getting around to posting pictures from last weekend.
The weekend could not have started off better...it rained! It was so amazing. So of course we started our night with hot chocolate.
Our quilts were a success! I enjoyed making mine so much that I got my old sewing machine out last night and figured out what I need to do to get it running. By the way, we came up with a great name for our quilting club, but we both forgot it. Probably because we didn't finish our sewing until 1am and came up with the name right before we finished.

Saturday morning I went to my friend, Emma Jane's baby shower. Getting pregnant seems to be contagious because it seems like so many people are right now. Emma is due on November 16. This is her first. Emma and I have been friends since we were young. Emma and her husband Scott got married two months after Skyler and I did.
House news: No we do not watch House on TV, I am referring to our loft/brownstone/living place other than our apartment---I knew they would be teasing us. They told us they are waiting for pricing from the city. They took the deadline date out of the picture and we are just supposed to wait until whenever. Frustrating! So if I don't write an update for a long time it is because we don't know anything. Hopefully the next entry I write about it will be because we got it (I am super hopeful!).

Skyler got a new mountain bike this past weekend and he loves it. I think he got a great deal on it. He was so excited about the bike that I was able to convince him to come with me to do laundry on Tuesday. He actually ended up doing all of it while I had a church meeting to go to. That was the best part of the week (besides The Office)!

The quilts look great! If you ever want extra hands...I would love to help and do have a ton of quilting/sewing supplies.
