We Can Pretend It's Cold

Skyler got this idea that we should go ice skating. I thought he was kidding. We have never been ice skating together before, nor has either of us expressed any desire to go ice skating, but here we are at Disney Ice, ice skating. Not sure how we managed to convince four other people to come with us, but we did and it was great!

Jill brought her camera out of hiding and we hammed it up for the sake of pictures. Jenn and Will seemed to be pros at the whole ice skating thing. Will could even skate with his hands in his pockets. Although, they spent a lot of time skating while holding hands. Ahh....newlyweds!
Skyler and I are actually really good. Here he is twirling me in a triple lutz death spiral. (ok, the truth is....I seemed to have forgotten how to ice skate. I have been probably five or six times in my life yet this time I was not so good. You would think it would be like riding a bike. Maybe it's the figure skates. I was pressured into wearing them.)

Kenny and Jill always know how to glam it up for the camera. They really know how to have a fun time. No matter what we do, (snowboarding, watching TV, walking around Orange at midnight, eating gross Korean BBQ) they are always having the best time.

Although ice skating was a blast, the best part of the night was trying the new hot chocolate blends from Starbucks. The salted carmel hot chocolate was so tasty! I think I might have to splurge on it again soon.
