We started the Halloween season by attending a friend's party. She treated us with a Halloween-themed organ performance. The best part was when her black cat walked over next to her, then turned to look at the audience at the perfect lull in the song. I am pretty sure she trained her cat to do that.
Lucky for us, the Hanging Donut Garden was back! (Can you guess Skyler's costume?)
Donuts are one of my favorite treats, but I rarely eat them because of how bad they are. I think once a year is probably enough.
Ashlyn was a little under the weather so we brought the party to her. And when I say we brought the party to her, I mean that we stole a bunch of treats to take to her. I think she got the feel of the party.
