I know what you're thinking? What the heck is Kogi BBQ? And who cares? If you're an avid OC blogger or twitter-person then you know what Kogi BBQ is. For the rest of you who have no idea, Kogi BBQ is a taco truck / roach coach that sells Korean-style tacos and other food. It has been a hit in LA. Over one hour lines! Kogi has attempted to come to Orange County a few times in the past 6 months, but they didn't have the right permits to stay. They must have sorted things out (or bribed Orange County health officials) because you can now chase the Kogi truck in Orange County!
Skyler and I tracked down the truck last week. It was the same day that Orange County got a nice, little rainstorm. This scared away the crowds and we found Kogi BBQ with NO LINES! Unbelieveable!

Is it worth the hype? I think so. We both enjoyed the food, although the tacos were the best. If you'd like to try, check out their weekly schedule on their website. The Naranja truck gives Orange County its food.

i can't to wait to eat this crazy food with you!
It is my understanding from several sources that a Korean-Style taco is a taco made with dog meat. Is that what you are chasing after?
Steve said he as heard from several reputable sources that you are not supposed to let your dog loose in Garden Grove...are these two things related?
oh my gosh! sooo yummy! now I'm going to check their sched when we come into town!
