There's a local real estate agent that has dubbed himself "Old Time Al," since he sells a lot of houses near the Old Town Orange area. While driving by his office the other day, I noticed that he has Halloween decorations up and a sign in front that says:
Really? You're going to give me a free pumpkin if I make a half-million dollar purchase. You're so generous. I'm hoping it's a joke, but you never know.
