Happy Everywhere

I was looking at some photos on my iphone and noticed a lot of smiles. Everyone seems happy. Life is good.

I got to attend my sister Holly's middle school awards program last week. Holly received an award for best student from her P.E. student. She is quite the athlete. I'm so proud.

Had lunch with Jill and Lola Dee last week. Every time I see Lola, she's got a new trick up her sleeve. Now she's walking. And I couldn't get enough of her laughing.

About two months ago my good friend Jessett was in town and her high school friends threw her a baby shower. Jessett is pregnant with girl #3. Those girls are so lucky to have such beautiful parents. I miss hanging out with Mike and Jessett and the girls, but I'm happy they are doing awesome in Utah. (Sorry about the bad photo Jessett. I didn't realize I had a flash on my phone.)

Last, but certainly not least is my baby girl Pumpkin. She is always happy. I think that's why I love having a dog. Skyler doesn't think that dogs can smile, but I'm 100% positive Pumpkin smiles when we take her hiking or to the dog beach or on a trail run. She is my ray of happiness every day.
