It's Snake Week on the Elise Channel! This is the third snake I have seen this week! This one was in-between sizes of the other two. We almost ran it over. Snakes don't seem the lease bit worried about being cut in half by a bike tire.
I finally got to spend some quality awake time with one of my favorite nephews Diego! My mom and sister had bought me a few cupcakes and I used one of them to tease Diego. I guess I was acting more like a sister than a sweet aunt, but it was just so funny to watch! Diego is getting so big! He can sit up and do this one-legged crawl.
Friday night I also spent time with my youngest sis Holly. She beat me in Wii bowling, we ate dinner at Corner Bakery, and we splurged at Cherry on Top (I have been craving it a lot in the past week!). She is an awesome sister and fun to hang out with!

I am beginning to be very jealous of all of your Snake encounters. I have spent all summer long trying to find snakes and all I have found are two rattle snakes at this one jobsite, and you really can't catch a rattle snake. Actually I think the next time I see a rattle snake I will pin its head down and catch it. I want so badly to see more snakes. I love them!

Do you remember Batman? Did he get away or did we let him go, I can't remember?? Also, I think you underestimated the 1.25 cupcakes. The frosting kicked some butt!
