The Fed

So we have to wait longer! I guess they were not reviewing applications because they wanted to see what The Fed would do with the interest rate. So they claim that by next Friday we will know. Just another week to worry about.

Tonight Jill and I are starting our quilting club. On the agenda: voting on a name and making bandanna baby quilts. Skyler is semi-jealous that he will not be able to come, but I am not sure he would be allowed in our club anyway. I have an old sewing machine that someone gave to us so I would like to see if I can get it to work so we can have two machines going at the same time.

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year because new shows are on TV. I already watched an episode of a new show called Gossip . I enjoyed it until I realized how horrible it is. Teenagers drinking, doing , and doing other inappropriate things for their age. I am pretty sure my 12-year old nephew and 13-year old niece watched it and liked it. I don't want them to think this is ok. Are there any wholesome shows left? (Rhetorical, I know there aren't.) But on a different note, so excited for The Office!!! I saw some clips of what the characters did over the summer. I think I am going to download the ringtone today! I think Skyler is starting to enjoy the show more because he works in an office now. We watched some of Season 3 episodes last week and I forgot how uncomfortable you feel while watching. It is great! Next Thursday!
