Oops!

I forgot to mention the most exciting part of this week on my last post. My sister Robin called to tell us that she is having a BOY! I am so excited for her! Her husband Daniel will be making a little soccer star out of their first child. I think he would be doing that even if they were having a girl. Robin is due March 24 so I think she is about half-way.

Another exciting event that I forgot to mention is that Skyler and I visited the highly-talked about ElvisAnn Deaver. EmmaJane and her husband Scott had evacuated their house because of the fires (they live in Portola Hills) so they had been staying at her parent's house in YL. Since ElvisAnn decided to come early, they have extended their stay at her parent's while they are adjusting. We happened to be in the area on Sunday so we stopped by. ElvisAnn is such a cute little baby. I can't remember the last time I held a baby that little. She was one week old on the day we saw her.

Our friends Kenny and Jill left late last night to spend 10 days in New Zealand. I am so jealous! They are very adventurous. They booked their flights and a rental car and that is it. They are planning on driving their way through the whole country. I am looking forward to the slideshow.

Next week should be a busy one. Family stuff, wedding receptions, and birthday parties. And the holiday season begins!
