I can't believe that I waited so long to write about our softball team. Three months ago Mike and I got the idea to form a co-ed softball team. So we asked everyone we knew, and even people we didn't know, to play on our team. We had quite the collection of players, ranging from my brother Eric to Skyler's boss.
The main purpose of our team was to have fun. And we had fun, even while losing the first seven games in a row. And then we finally won a game! And then another! Then we made it to the lower division playoffs and were eliminated on a technicality (the umpire incorrently recorded the score, we actually won by one run).
I will miss softball on Thursday nights. I have a feeling our team will be resurrected for another season in the future. Thanks to all who played!

Progress report: After getting sprayed by a skunk,a few terrifying rides, and a flat tire, I am pleased to report that I just got back from a ride I actually rather enjoyed.
This team was the greatest team on Planet Earth. Also just as a side note Elise may have invited everyone she knew but I only invited a few people I knew. I actually got a lot of crap for not inviting some people. I guess Elise just doesn't know a whole lot of people.
